Dr Greger is author of How Not To Die and founder of the hugely popular NutritionFacts.org website. Dr Greger spent a big part of his time in medical school going through the shelves in the basement of Harvard’s Countway Library of Medicine in Boston.
After extensive research on plant-based nutrition, Dr Greger started treating patients in a clinic. He concluded that evidence-based nutrition should be available to all people.
