About the author

The author of The China Study Cookbook is Leanne Campbell, daughter of Dr. Campbell, one of the leading scientists in the field of nutrition. He completed his M.S. in nutrition and biochemistry at Cornell University in 1958. Three years later he completed his Ph.D. in nutrition, biochemistry and microbiology.
Dr. Campbell’s groundbreaking research (which is beautifully presented in The China Study) makes him perhaps the most important pioneer in the field of nutrition and health.
